    Remember that a “product” is basically a post-type:

    So;
    If you want to make a product disaappear from your site (but not delete),
    you can edit the “Product Status” and change the status from “published” to “Draft”, “Pending Review” or “Private”.

    That is just the same as unpublish a published post.

    That “Sold Out” labelling is another functionallity…
