how do make people register on your wordpress site?
some site has lets people register but how do i do that on my wordpress?
some people have there site name and /wp-login.php?action=register how do i do that?

On the Admin panel, under General Settings, there is a checkbox labelled “Anyone can register”. If you want people to be able to “self-register”, which is what you are asking, just put a check mark in that box.
