How to make old articles appear on top of page instead of new ones

So I wonder hos I can make old articles appear on the top of the website instead of the new ones.

So for example I want a certain article, that is an older post, to appear on the top of my blog. I have written other articles since this article was written and these appear on the top of my main page. But I want the old article to be pinned to the top of my page. So that new visitors see that post and not my newest article.

Where do I adjust that in WordPress?
