  • In the CSS you have #single_left (the content section) defined as floating left and with a specific width of 628 pixels. When you edit the page, check to see if the theme has a ‘full page’ template (ie no sidebar).

    theres non i checked..just a default template. i was able to find the single_left and changed it to a different width but that didnt do anything to it

    You CSS didn’t change. Go to line 66 and find #single_left. You will find its width and float. You theme is setup to allow you to use a right sidebar with content floating to the left. You may want to speak with your developer, or simply hire someone to make the changes for you.

    ps: ALWAYS backup files before making any changes.

    Install this Custom CSS Manager plugin and then within its section of the dashboard, enter this;

    #main_container {
     width: auto;
    #outside_container {
     /* Used to be 1039px */
     width: 100%;

    Edit: Actually that’s probably the wrong CSS, but do take on board to use a plugin to hold your CSS modifications.

    creativemarx: it looks like you are able to get the ‘Contact Us’ page full width, but not the other pages?

    thanks ill give it a try. yes, some reason the contact page works full screen but its when i use a gallery plugin for the page which makes it shrink down to the smaller size.
