How to make ‘Home’ say ‘Blog’ instead?

I would like the ‘Home’ menu item on the front of my page to read ‘Blog’ instead, so that it isn’t confusing for my audience. They think that when they click on this, it will take them back to the homepage of the main website, which is not where they end up.

Is there any way to fix this?
