How to make Customizr mobile header area inline for logo and menu

Hoping someone can help out with this. I can’t find it in other discussion forums on this theme. I’m currently using a child theme.

Goal:
1. Make the logo (orange border) and mobile menu (green border) inline, rather than block. It’s displaying fine when it’s scrolling but looks terrible when it’s at the top.
2. Make the height shorter when not scrolling. (Same height as when you scroll).

What code would I need to make these two changes?
