HOW TO MAKE changes that only effect mobile devices?

    Hi WordPress Community,

    How can I remove the gap between the menu and the top of the page on mobile devices? (I am using a Nexus 5 – 5″ Display). The gap is most obvious on http://jakegallon.gallongames.com.au/music/

    Is there a way to make changes that only effect mobile devices such as Iphones, Ipads and Android, but have no impact on the larger resolutions?

    I created my own template using Artisteer if that is any help.

    Any help would be most appreciated.
