How to make category 3 posts display different?

I only have 3 categories and my 3rd category is my twitter updates (twiter tools). I would like these to display differently than my regular posts –

IE: No subject/header, an image before the tweet and no postmetadata. (I know how to change these, just not for one category only)

What do I change in style and index for only category 3 to behave differently?
