How to make bulk Subscriber Profiles

    I am making wordpress powered forum for a college .
    In it i want to create profiles on my own and handle those id’s details to college so that no outsider can create their own profile .
    Problem is that i need to make 7500 profiles of Subscriber.
    I know how to write php to create bulk SQL data but m new to wordpress and confused .
    Confused b/c i checked database created by wordpress in cpanel .
    There was one table for all type of users ( i mean Subscriber , authors , admin ..)
    How to differentiate between them when inserting details directly into database .
    Plus How to remove email field required option ? i just want to insert name and password
    also one more think –
    i have disable comments on page post so can a Subscriber make comment and create topic in bbpress ?
