How to make backgrond image clickable with link

    Backgrounds can never be clickable (unless the entire element containing the background is all linked to a single URL). What you can do is put a transparent image over the background that is clickable. The effect appears to be one is clicking on the background when in fact they are clicking on the transparent image.
