how to make an author enter info to calendar

    I downloaded the free version of your my calendar plugin. I want my helpers to be able to enter info to it, because i dont have time to enter information there. However I am the only admin of my site and I dont want to make them admin or Editor. The most I promote them is to author level, in wordpress.

    Please advise, how can I make my helpers to enter events information possible, although they are only authors.
