How to make all links active in body

Hello, your plugin is great! But im having the issue that some sent emails that in its body content has url links but this urls have no active links.

For example im using wpDiscuz plugin and when new replies are created and email is sent to author post and administrators, the url links have no active link.

Any idea how to make that if using any plugin that generates url links make them active in your plugin?
