how to make a system to charge tuition? (monthly fees)

    Recently, I developed an online store for a Jiu Jitsu Association, with more than 50 academies around the world. In it, the affiliate academies can buy kimonos, t-shirts, shorts … Now, we want to increase the store, enabling the academies to pay their monthly fees to the association through the store too. The normal way, the rate would be as a “product”, and the academies would have to access every month and make the payment. Is there any way to make this easier? Somehow generate all the association fees for the entire year (with monthly payments yet), facilitating the control of who has paid and who has not paid (for both the association and for members)?

    For brazilian users:

    Recentemente, eu desenvolvi uma loja virtual para uma associação de jiu jitsu. Nela, as academias associadas podem comprar kimonos, camisetas, bermudas… Agora, queremos incrementar a loja, para que as academias paguem suas taxas mensais à associação. Da maneira normal, a taxa seria como um “produto”, e as academias teriam que acessar todo mês e fazer o pagamento. Existe alguma forma de facilitar isso? Alguma forma de gerar os boletos referentes às taxas da associação para o mês inteiro, facilitando o controle de quem pagou e quem não pagou (tanto para a associação quanto para os associados)?
