I’m making a website for a photographer and I need to make it so her clients can enter a passcode into a field and it will give them access to a page with the clients photos on it. How would I go about doing that? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I believe Burst2flame is asking for something else, not the built-in password protected area.

This process is infact a reverse of WP built-in password protected area. It would be some kind of simplified data base that:

User go to the log-in page –> Key-in a password –> The page transfer to a link respectively to the password.

I’m also looking for something similar to him to put in my blog. But so far I have searched through 600+ WP plug-ins and have no luck 🙁

@catohcat you can set up something like this using s2member.

Using the s2 shortcodes you can create a link to a page with the username and it would be protected for only them to see. A bit tricky but can be done.
