How to login on test copy of your site on a subdomain

    Dear,

    I have made a copy of my website and put it on a subdomain.
    But what do I need to do/change or fix to get logged in at my dashboard of the testing site (on the subdomain)?

    Each time I try to log in at my subdomains WP log-in, it redirects me to the main website log-in.

    Reason for this: I want to test different things on the test site, so my webshop wouldn’t change (or having issues) during the test fase.

    You need to change URL settings for that subdomain installation. You can do that via phpmyadmin at wp_options table.

    Hi,

    thank you for your reply.

    My subdomain has the prefix ‘testing’, so that would be ‘testing_options’ then, right?
    I found this within my phpmyadmin, but there the URL settings are ok, it seems…

    What do I do wrong? Or am I missing something?
