    Hi there,

Could someone please help me? Im looking to start a forum to get some help about logging onto Filezilla with FTP but having no luck at all. I've tried to start a new forum but cant find it unfortunately.
I;ve seen other forums regarding FTP and Filezilla but cant seem to get issue resolved.
Ive been told to contact my hosting provider which i believe is wordpress.org but still cant seem to get anywhere with that.

What I'm trying mainly do with my site is increase the capacity for the audio files as the site is a site specialising in audio (large files).

Any help is greatly appreciated , thanks in advance.

WordPress.ORG does not host any sites. Here's info that may be helpful as to your host:

You will need to get the FTP access info from them.

When you talk with your host about getting connected, ask them to set you up with SFTP if you would like a more-secure connection.

    Hi WPyogi,

I have tried to contact the site host on the http://www.whois.com/whois/siterubix.com although they do not seem to have a registered email or contact details I can contact them on. Have you any idea how I may contact them to get this issue resolved?

    Thanks again in advance.

  5. If that's a paid hosting service then you should have some means of contacting them. Is there a phone number with your bill?

    Hi Jan,

Thanks for taking the time to help...Its not a paid hosting service, its free as far as I know. The details I got from the site are very limited i.e. Username, Password and site address, admin address.
(I'm sorry, you're not dealing with a website savvy person!)

    Thanks in advance
