How to lock footer and sell themes

    Hi guys i am a new theme designer/developer and i want to learn how can i sell my my themese with the licence key and how can i lock the footer so i can prevent some buyers who pay less than what i want to remove the copright text on the footer?

    You don’t lock footers. Ever, that is blatantly against the GPL and this place does not support abusive behavior like that.
