[resolved] How to localize the widget? (7 posts)

    How can I localize the widget ("Your email", "Enter email address" and "Subscribe")? I guess I should somehow edit the plugin. But then the localization would disappear after an update... Is there any way to make a permanent localization?

    @Tom,

    There is a gettext template (POT) file installed with the plugin. You can use something like the free POEdit tool to create a localisation for the plugin (including Widget) from that.

    Thank you, this worked. Even better, it led me to finding a ready file subscribe2-pl_PL.mo, which works like charm.

    @Tom,

    I probably should have thought to direct you to the existing translations, sorry about that but I'm glad you found them anyway.

    @damjang,

    Many thanks for sharing, I've also uploaded those files here:
