How to load rt.css file

  • Hi

I made a theme for my work site and we want to see it in LTR and RTL.

I made a rtl.css file but I can’t find any way to make it load.
I want to give the user in the site (not at the admin) the choice to choose between LTR and RTL site.

    How I can do it?

    Please advice.

    Thanks in advanced,
    Itzik
