[Resolved] How to load a spreadsheet with a public URL for downloading

  • This is very eays, and doesn’t need any extra plugins to do.

    When you are editing your post or page or whichever content type it is, there’s the ‘Add media’ button just after ‘Upload/Insert’. You can use this to upload all types of files, not just images. Form there you can add a title and description and insert the link into your post.

    There should be no security isues as long as you don’t have anything epecial in the spreadsheet. Just setting up the download link won’t expoe you to any security issues.

    I was thrown, thinking that media didn’t include spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.
