How to link to the related post from the title too?

Everything works nicely, but I would like to be able to link to the related post from the title, which appear under the thumbnails as well, and not only through the images.

How can I do that? I am using the plugin with the shortcode.

My current shortcode is:
[related_posts_by_tax format="thumbnails" image_size="medium" posts_per_page="6" title=""]
