I see that you have a virtual currency myCred [MYC] but nothing is mentioned in the documentation.

I am assuming some additional plugins are required to link this to myCred points but my google searches didn’t turn up anything.

Specifically, I would like give users the ability to select myCred [MYC] via the currency selctor and use their myCred points to pay for Woocommerce products.

What features/plugins/snippets need to be activated to accomplish this?

    Hi @criticaltinkerer

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Do you want to allow your customers to select the currency? Then you can use our “Currencies” module. And use it.

Let us know if you have any further queries.

Sorry about that, @jdembowski, for some reason status dropdown wasn’t loading.

    1. Yes! I’m already doing that.
    2. The very last currency in your currency module is myCred [MYC]
    3. There is no mention of myCred [MYC] anywhere in your documentation.
    4. I want to connect/integrate/link this myCred [MYC] to actual MyCred points.
    5. I assume there is a way to do this or myCred [MYC] wouldn’t have included as a currency.
    6. So my question remains:
    7. What features/plugins/snippets need to be activated to accomplish this?

    Hello @criticaltinkerer,

It seems some kind of misunderstanding here. Let me explain the feature properly.
We have a module available for currencies that have approx 160 different currencies including cryptocurrencies.

How our plugin will help store owner to support such currencies which are not available by default on woocommerce?

We give features to enable your custom currencies like the MyCred points.
We just provide a feature to convert base currencies that are available on default Woocommerce to those custom currencies.

Let me give an example. Suppose you have set store currency as USD in woocommerce and you need to show custom currency like Bitcoin.

We give you a feature to convert USD to Bitcoin and show it on your store, but internally it will process payment in USD.

So to use your CRED points as payment you will need below the additional plugin to implement which will originally allow the store to process orders using CRED points.

Hope the above can help you.

    Kind Regards,
