    Thank you for asking the question!

    We currently have two ways of making the Tidio popup after clicking on the button.
    One will also make Tidio disappear after closing our widget while the second option will only make the Tidio popup after the button being clicked on.

    The first option (disappear):
    The second option (doesn’t disappear):

    The code is written in a basic JavaScript and might have to be altered according to your website. Also please note to change the Public Key in the Script as mentioned in the code comment!

    Feel free to contact us in case of any further questions.

    I’ve been trying to work out how to add this code to Divi blurb Module and for the life of me it won’t work.

    I think its having troubles because its not a button, but I have put it in to the CCS ID or CSS Class,

    Linked the code from the < head >

    Wonder if there is another way to make this happen

    Thank you

    As far as I’m concerned – I the template here

    And changed the button into a div. After clicking on the particular div – the code still worked. You just need to target the correct class, which in the template is called chat-button. You should be able to also adjust the class in this part of the code:

    (function() {
    function onTidioChatApiReady() {

    if (window.tidioChatApi) {
    window.tidioChatApi.on(“ready”, onTidioChatApiReady);

    document.querySelector(“.chat-button“).addEventListener(“click”, function() {;;

    I’ll be here in case of any further questions!
