How to link a page to the Mouse Over Menu Item?

    I have created a Mouse Over Menu(or pop up menu) with a few sub-menu items) in my blog. I’d like to create a page mytest in the default theme, that is invoked whenever one clicks on the menu item MYTEST. How do I achieve this?
    Could anyone give me a few pointers on this? Thanks.
