how to link a country form state and city

    i am usign a ninja form this is a best from to compare all contact form’s
    I am try to select a different country example ‘india’, it doesn’t change the state drop down state list. can that is a possible select a country and then dynamically change the next field with the states/provinces for that country

    please how can i do this
