How to link…

Hello..

I’m using Multiple Loops in wordpress ok, where I have two columns in the mainpage, each column shows posts from some specific category.

Now I wanna know How can I link theses posts to another page?.. Ok If I put “the_permalink()” it will just make appear the post I clicked at the same columns. But I want make it appear in another template… So… what Do I have to do? Because just putting the name of the new template inside the <a>….
Will not function…
