Hi,
Thank you for using our plugin.
Unfortunately, it does not have this feature yet.
Currently, our plugin is providing email review per “order” not per “customer”. We will note that point and see if our development team can implement it in our future updates.
Right now have an option to enable manual reminder on “Review Reminder” tab for you to have control over the email reminders being sent out but this process will be tedious if you get a lot of orders in a day.

Thank you very much for your quick respond. This feature is something very important because some customers are not very creative when they write their second review just to get a new coupon.

@tremer, we completely understand your concern. Reviews are the voice of the customers. We can never tell if something might go wrong on their 2nd or 3rd transaction like maybe a late delivery or wrong item received. It is only fair for them to leave reviews each time they make a transaction. These are the factors we considered which is why we based the reviews on orders.

Yes you are absolutely right.
Just to explain the last review from a customer:
1. review was a normal review: “Thank you for the perfect product and I am very happy…”
2. Review (Just to get another coupon) Customer wrote: “Same as the last”
3. Review from the same customer (to get another coupon): “Same as the last”
In this case it dosen’t make sense to allow this customer to place another stupid review 🙂

@tremer I understand your point. I’m sure our development team will take that into consideration.
The version 3.84 of the plugin adds an option to schedule review reminders via CR Cron. CR Cron has an option to restrict the plugin from sending more than one review invitation per product and customer.
