How To Limit Autogenerated Descriptions on facebook Publicize?

    Problem with Publicize module for auto sharing of posts to facebook.

    Are we able to limit the autogenerated descriptions to 25 words?
    Because now my description shows all the words of the post so that they wont open the web site to read the article.

    Can we remove the permalinks shown in the description(they are too long)
