How to let user lookup data?

I have a spreadsheet with a list of about 25,000 zip codes. I would like to have a place on my site where a user can type in his or her zip code into a field and see whether it’s in the list. There’s no need for the user to see the entire list.

Can anyone recommend a plugin that would allow me to do this?
