    I bought the plug-in today
    but some miserable things happened
after using this pro plug-in ,my website crushed.

    the following are some information
    1. using ZEROSSL certificate for free
    https://zerossl.com/

    2. put the SSL certificate in the same layer with index
(honest speaking, I am not sure where to put SSL, but, when using simple SSL basic, it said SSL active, but show error 60 in other tip so I doubt maybe SSL certificate not correct)

    3. I think there are still mixed content pages in my website so it still showed “not secure”. I use premium function to scan it and click “fix it” many times( is there a function of auto fix it?),after doing that , I checked my website , and the css or photos gone.

to sum up , how to using this plug-in to install SSL correctly? from apply the certificate and install it

    thank you

    Hi @tpm00304,

could you provide us with your domain so we can check what might be going wrong? The SSL certificate be installed in a hosting control panel like cPanel, if your hosting provider allows third-party SSL certificates to be installed.

    Hi @tpm00304,

Please note that we’re not allowed to provide support for Premium plugins on the public WordPress forum. For questions regarding the Pro plugin, I’d like to ask you to issue a ticket via https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/.

Regarding the regular Really Simple SSL plugin: We will release Really Simple SSL 5.0 later this week, which will allow you to generate and install a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate. This might be just the solution for your situation.

    Kind regards,
    Leon
