how to let a blog reader select tag1 AND tag2?

  • I wonder whether there is a chance to select two or more tags in a wp blog at once to get an intersection of articles featuring both of these tags. Anyone of you aware of a way to make this happen?

If there’s no way for doing this in wordpress.com, I’d write a plug-in; but at least it’d be interesting whether that issue was solved already (I googled for wordpress + tags + set.operations but didn’t get anything good so far) . — And if I have to do that plug-in myself, I (stll;) wonder where to hook in, to get a set of selected tags to wordpress, then how to get the intersection of articles from the database, and third how to make wp to render the output appropriately.

Note: I didn`t write any wp plug-in ever, hence I have no idea about the process chains within wp and when dealing with plug-ins. A bird’s view on how to approach this issue would be very appreciated. 🙂
