How to know which Update Services list is good?

    We are now in 2009.

    I found some people writing on what list of update services you should have listed in there.

    But non of them are saying the same.

    Is http://rpc.pingomatic.com/ enough?

    or better to have more?

    What about – if I am from Israel. does it matter? I need other Update Services ???
