How to keep Header "Body Background" shrinking when window is minimized

  • I’m testing out a site at http://www.nyctestsite.com. I would like the header image to respond the same way the footer image does when the window is shrunk down. Now it shrinks the image block.

    Here is my current footer CSS. The image is of the statue of liberty and a mountain and it is currently identified in the “Container” section of the site in the “Body Background” image.

    /*————FOOTER—————*/

    .custom #subfooter li {}
    .custom #subcontainer .imgleftswirl {
    width: 260px;
    height: 486px;
    position: absolute;
    top: 50px;
    left: -100px;
    z-index:0;
    }

    #footer {text-align: center;}
    .menu-left-container {
    left:22px;
    position: relative;
    top: 0px;
    left:114px;}

    .custom #footer {position:relative;}
