How to install new script on wordpress

    I have a blog in wordpress.It is to make money online.I want to add some functions like the following:-

    1. XML sitemap generator.
    2. Doc to pdf file conversion.

    I want that people come to my site and get their work done on my site.How can i add this functions to my site
