how to install language?

    In the root of that WP-install, there is a file ‘wp-config.php’.
    It contains a line define('WPLANG', '');
    That’s the language used by the theme.

    If your language is missing, you could add that file to the folder wp-content/themes/responsive/languages, but it requires editing the language file in a specific way and you’ll want to read up on .mo/.po files.
