How to install and change the Header and site title font

    HI

    I am newbie to wordpress, and i am trying to change the header /site title on the front page only to a font called starliner-btn

    i have wrote those lines into the Style.css but i Cant get it to work,

    @font-face{
    font-family:starliner-btn;
    src:url(‘/www.brendstrup-leasing.dk/wp-content/themes/edin-child/Fonts/starliner-btn.ttf’) format (“truetype”);
    }
    #site-title a {font-family:starliner-btn;}

    Also when i have inserted these lines into the build in editor in wordpress an updated file on the style.css, i cant see those lines into style.css in the child theme on the ftp?

    Hopefully someone can help me with this

    Okay i am now using the font on the entire site, but i only want the font to be my site title and i would really appeciate it to stand on one line instead of two

    when updating style.css file is there some kind of delay before et loads on the site ?

    can anyone help me with this
