How to insert ratings in every listing post?

i need some help.please help me out

i have made a website where i install FireStorm Professional Real Estate Plugin and create some real estate list
but i wanted to add a rating system per post so that people can rate them as like as they want

i tried some rating plugins but when i give short code on listing html tag area it showing me back the shortcode and no ratings are showing

how can i add a rating system in my real estate listing post?
