# How to insert php code in posts?

 * Hi! I am running WP1.5 with Mudbomb WYSIWYG plugin. How do I include php code
   in my post? I tried through the HTML button but that did not work. Bdw: I am 
   using PHP Exec plugin to start PHP ([http://priyadi.net/archives/2005/03/02/wordpress-php-exec-plugin/](http://priyadi.net/archives/2005/03/02/wordpress-php-exec-plugin/))

 * Try [RunPHP](http://www.nosq.com/2004/10/runphp-wordpress-plugin/) plugin as 
   wp-exec is fairly limited as to what it will allow and RunPHP is more “open”.
   But it also depends upon how you are using the PHP within the post. In general,
   you can’t without one or both of these plugins. You might want to consider going
   straight to the source (either by clicking the edit source or whatever it is 
   called in the Mudbomb plugin or by turning the plugin off for this usage.)
