How to insert latest posts in event/news beside welcome text

    Hello,
    I would like to know how to repace event/news “dummy posts” with my latest posts. Is it about making a new category? I have read here on support forum, but not seen my solution really.

    So when I create a new post, I can in event/news (can I rename it to?) see the three latest post all the time. Possible?

    Hi ehru,

    To replace or create new post just login in admin and go to post menu. All posts will be listed there. You need to either modify the content of post or create a new post by clicking on add new button, And remember to choose category in which you need to post by checking check box from categories panel on right side.

    Make a new category with any name.
    Now make a new post and assign the category to the post.
    Go to Appearance -> Theme Option panel.Click on General settings tab and select the category to display as an event with the category you created.
    Save.
