How to insert input field with a twist

    Hi!
    I was wondering if there was a plugin or a simple code I could insert for this.

    Basically, I wanted to have a “Client” page where it’s just an input field. A user has to insert the PAGE ID into the input field to go to a Private page.

    For example I have a page with page id 123, the user has to go to the client page and insert “123” in the input field to be taken to that page.

    Is this possible?
