    Sorry didn´t know about the code or markup snippet stuff.

    But i still don´t know how i can integrate that code into my page… 🙁

    I know i´m a noob, but that really doesn´t help me at all. I could look at something written in chinese letters and get the same amount of information.

    I really just need the simplest way to put that form into a (just one) page… 🙁

    The bad news is that it doesn’t get any easier than the page I linked to above.
