How to insert a custom field in Caldera Form

    Hi,
    I like caldera form but I want to create a hidden field which has a value coming custom field types. For example, I have 20 online events that I organize and have unique event ID created as custom field. I want to to be able to capture that custom field in the input form so that it shows up in the database and I would which event the use registered for. How would I do that ? I have tried different options but it does not give the information I am looking for. Any help would be appreciate.
