How to increase image size

    My NextCellent Gallery plugin is working well, I have selected shutter effect for my images in gallery, but my current images is looking so small but on click it functioning well,I want to increase their size when page load first time.I have selected three column for gallery.
    Also some images names are displaying on tittle section of page only for this plugin. Other pages are working well.
    Please guide me.
