How to incorporate Contact Form 7 into an image

    I would like to to have the contact form show up as part of an image I have created. Presently, with my limited knowledge the contact form either goes above or below the image. I will like it centered on the left as part of an image. How would I go about doing that? Thank you so much for your help.
