• Hi, I’ve just installed the Woocommerce email designer and works perfectly fine! The only thing is that using the template order it seems that it only shows the billing address. I would like to show the shipping address as well, or only the shipping address. How can I do this? Many thanks.

  • Hey,
The shipping address will show on orders that need to be shipped, Make sure to select a real order with products that are physical and need to be shipped in the customizer to preview how those emails will look.

There isn’t a built-in way to remove the billing address from emails (I also wouldn’t recommend it). You would have to edit how core Woocommerce controls that data.

    Hi,
Im having the same issue. Im running a rental site with physical products. Shipping address doesnt show in emails at all even when selecting a real order in the email builder (order with different billing.shipping addresses).
    Can you advise?

    Thanks

I suggest testing with disabling plugins and using a standard theme. As long as you have physical products the shipping should show. I can’t recreate when I test with a real order that has physical products.

Make sure there is nothing in your custom css box as well.
