• First of all, thanks so much for all the support! I feel like I’m asking for tons of help here and I appreciate it.

I’ve discovered that if I create a page using blocks I can edit it using classic but then if I re-open it in blocks the page is toast.

So I have to choose one or the other. I imagine that going forward everything is going to be blocks so I should use that.

But I have trouble editing in blocks. With classic I have a nice menu on top where I can do all sorts of stuff- change the font, alignment, indent, underline, etc. There’s also a youtube button to click to embed video.

With blocks there’s only a limited menu on the right side. How do I find all that other stuff, or get a full menu to display?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi!

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

“How do I find all that other stuff, or get a full menu to display?”

After clicking the “+” icon, click the Browse all link. This should show all the blocks you can use for your content.

    Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuyAL6R.

Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,

I understand there are different types of blocks. What I’m looking for is an editing menu once I’ve chosen a block. The small amount of stuff off to the right of the screen is only a small subset of the options I have with the classic menu.

    Hey @shaunshaun,
When you click on a block in the editor you should see that blocks settings in the right sidebar. Make sure you have the settings tab clicked open.

    Hope that helps!

Yes, I have that. It gives me a half-dozen options. But in the old editing method I had a zillion options, like embedding youtube, bold, choice of font, bullet points, lists, alignment, links, all sorts of stuff.
