How to improve the layout

Hi,

I’m using WordPress through Go Daddy. They advisenme to address my questions directly here.

I have several questions to improve a website (agentband.com)

1/ I download the hero template. However, I would like to get rid of the 2nd slider so I can keep a static page.
How can I change this?

2/ As well, the 3 bottom boxes are not in the same format, how can I make them look similar? Is it because of the images?

3/ I wanted to add a “comment” page, but I can’t figure out how to add the form on this page, for some reason, it appears in the biography page. How can I fix this?

4/ Last question, I would like to be able to change the space between the page and the content. For example, if I look at the gallery, there is a lot of space on the right from the pictures. I would like to reduce this space if that makes sense.
