how to import wordpress to website?

    I’m hosted at 000webhost.com and I’m sorta new at PHP/MySQL but I have knowledge of HTML.. When I install WP to my blog, the index then will become WP and it’s custom theme. What I want to do is that my css and layout code will stay and insert a WP code to the body of my blog. It’s like linking the body of my blog to my WP blog? Is that possible? I hope you’re getting what I’m trying to say. I try to put the WP into a new folder, but I don’t know how to insert WP Blog to the body section. The reason why I want to do this is so that I would just log-in to WP and blog. I won’t open and edit and then save a file into blog.html and stuff.

    someone please help me =( I really need to learn.
