How to import users from root site to subdirectory site?

    I have over 1000 members registered on my main root of my multi-site WP installation at http://ehangar.com.

    I created a new site for Classifieds Ads at http://ehangar.com/classifieds. However, none of the members from the root site appear on the subdirectory site.

    How can I import all the users from the root site to the subdirectory, and have it do this automatically for future new members when they register on the root site?
