how to implement plug-in

    I am using Site Origin Vantage with Easy Digital Download. I want to display for each book I offer the number of previous downloads. I have installed and activated the plug-in Easy Digital Download–Sales Number but cannot figure out how to access the plug-in so that I can add the short-code to the page with each book product. It does not appear on my admin page or on the Downloads page or anywhere else that I can find. Could someone please help? I’m sure that I’m missing something obvious but I’m having no success in my search.

    The downloads stats will be displayed in the price widget automatically. Currently the plugin doesn’t support shortcode to display it.

    Thank you for your reply! I’m sorry but I don’t understand.

    Don’t I have to do something with the plug-in to place it on the page where the books are listed?

    And, my books are free so will it show up on the page where the books are listed/described?

    You actually don’t have to do anything after activating the plugin. As you can see the screenshots on this plugin page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads-sales-number/, if you put the product details widget in sidebar or enable product details widget after the product description, it will automatically display the number of sales or downloads.
